twenty ten

I have been wanting to do this for a few months now, so I'm finally getting around to restarting it. I tried at the beginning of the school year, but I got a little sidetracked. I want to commit to doing this so I can see how I change, visually, throughout the upcoming year of 2010. Tomorrow is the beginning of an entirely new decade. Only those alive today will experience this new years, and I feel a little privileged. I scribbled some resolutions, twenty four actually, on a pad of grid paper.

Without order or organization,

1. Less caffeine
2. More running (minimum 4 times a week) and yoga (monthly passes)
3. Less sugars and fats
4. Better fitness (gym = run, legs, abs, arms)
5. More writing (nightly)
6. More reading (no more buying books until I read a ton more)
7. Less spending (food, clothes, transportation)
8. Work on family relationships
9. Tell people how you feel
10. Do not stress, do not get jealous, your quest is unique
11. Enjoy every day; smile
12. Meet new people (join clubs, get out there)
13. Get a head start; no harm done
14. Don't get into uncomfortable, sluggish moods
15. Write more people
16. Successfully find a pen pal
17. Swim often
18. Care about yourself; do things that please you (yoga, home, nature, etc)
19. Less computer and keep texting to a minimal
20. Try your absolute best
21. Get organized
22. Volunteer
23. More photos (daily photos)
24. "Say yes to life"
